Coaching for Manufacturing Managers

An individual programme for directors and managers dealing with a specific situation: a new department, a difficult change, a team conflict or their own transition to a more senior role. Six sessions over three months, with work on real tasks from your plant in between. The topics and the pace adapt to you, not to a syllabus.

• Individual sessions every two weeks (in person or online)
• Work on real tasks between sessions
• Shadowing on site: the coach observes your actual meeting or shift
