Courses
Lean Manufacturing — Fundamentals
A foundation course for supervisors, team leaders and process engineers encountering lean for the first time. You will learn to see the 7 types of waste on your own shop floor and take away tools you can deploy on Monday: 5S, standardized work and kaizen basics. The whole course is built on examples from real manufacturing projects. (Duration: 2 days, Level: Foundation)
Cost Reduction Without Endangering Growth
A one-day course for owners and directors who need to cut costs without endangering development investments. It shows where money actually leaks in production, logistics, sales and overheads, how to quantify opportunities and rank them by payback — and which cuts come back to haunt companies. (Duration: 1 day, Level: Management)
Process Optimisation — From Mapping to Takt
A course for managers and process engineers who want to manage processes by data, not by gut feeling. From mapping the current state through root cause analysis with 5Why to setting takt time and just-in-time principles. The output is a map of one of your real processes with concrete measures. (Duration: 2 days, Level: Advanced)
Efficient Production — SMED, TPM and OEE
A course for production and technical directors and production managers who already know the lean basics and need to get more out of existing machinery. It focuses on shortening changeovers with SMED, autonomous maintenance and measuring true performance through OEE. The work is based on data and situations from your own plant. (Duration: 2 days, Level: Advanced)
Management Skills for Supervisors and Team Leaders
A course for people promoted from the shop floor whom nobody ever taught how to lead a team. It trains task assignment, feedback, resolving conflicts on shift and running short meetings — using situations supervisors actually face. No surplus theory: every technique is practised on a shop-floor case. (Duration: 2 days, Level: Foundation)
Coaching for Manufacturing Managers
An individual programme for directors and managers dealing with a specific situation: a new department, a difficult change, a team conflict or their own transition to a more senior role. Six sessions over three months, with work on real tasks from your plant in between. The topics and the pace adapt to you, not to a syllabus. (Duration: 3 months, Level: Individual)
